Huila's Climate Change Plan was developed by E3 with support from FCMC. It is the first ever climate change plan for a department in Colombia. The plan integrates climate change mitigation and adaptation in a single approach, with a long term development vision to assure that Huila continues to be economically competitive and well adapted to future climate conditions.
