by librarian2 — last modified Jan 10, 2013 08:45 AM

INJAZ places strong emphasis on creating and sustaining partnerships with donors, the private sector, not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, line ministries and other stakeholders at the national, regional and international levels. USAID launched INJAZ for the Creation of Economic Opportunities for Jordanian Youth in 1999, providing financial support for the first phase of the program (1999-2004). After the success of INJAZ and the visible impact it had on youth, USAID funded phase two for five more years, supporting INJAZ in reaching a higher number of students. INJAZ brings various capacity building courses to classrooms in public schools around the Kingdom in full coordination with the Ministry of Education (MOE). With the full support of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD), INJAZ reaches out to university and college students in Jordan.
